Bean Board Kokapet is India's first cafe where you roast your own coffee at the counter. Specialty coffee and all-day food at SDG Centrum, Golden Mile Layout Road, ten in the morning to ten at night, every day.

You sit in the roaster's seat.

Every other cafe hands you a cup. Here you choose the green beans, roast them yourself, and drink the result minutes later. No experience needed. Our roaster stays beside you the whole time.

  1. Choose your green beans

    Single-origin lots from Indian estates, weighed out for your batch. Taste a brewed sample of each before you decide.

  2. Roast at the counter

    You control the drum. Watch the colour turn from grass green to gold to brown, and listen for the first crack.

  3. Drink it minutes later

    We grind and brew your batch on the spot, so the cup in your hand is exactly the roast you just made.

Coffee on the go, in five seconds

in5 is Bean Board's coffee concentrate in a stick. Peel it, press it into 250 ml of water or milk, and it is coffee. No preservatives, no added sugar, no additives. Pick up a pack at the counter on your way past.

Espresso range

Six shots a pack. Makes an americano, latte or cappuccino wherever there is a cup.

Twelve years of roasting. One cafe where you do it.

Bean Board started in Visakhapatnam in 2014, roasting small batches for people who wanted to know where their coffee came from. Eight stores later, across Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Hyderabad, Kokapet is the first one built around letting you roast for yourself.

If you know us from the Financial District store, the coffee is the same and the roaster is new. If you're finding us for the first time, start with a pour over and work your way up to the drum.
